Shipping policy
Please note that delivery times set out in this policy are estimates. Once your order has been dispatched, it may be subject to courier and customs delays which are beyond our control.
Processing and Shipping Times
Note that processing times are different from the shipping times. Processing time is the time between when the order is placed by the customer and when the other is handed to a shipping company for shipping. Orders are generally processed within 2 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed weekends will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery
We offer free delivery across UK on eligible transactions. All other delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Shipping to Countries Outside UK
We are proud to offer international shipping services covering North America, Asia, Europe, Latin America and Africa. However, there are some countries within these locations that we may be unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
International Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. It can range from 5 – 20 business days depending on location. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and excludes processing times.
Lost/Missing Packages
Chinelles Collection is not liable for incorrect addresses placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order.
Custom Fees
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chinelles Collection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
Will my items arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We stock products that ship from different warehouses and locations. If you’ve ordered multiple products, it’s likely your items may arrive within days of each other and may have different tracking numbers. Where possible, items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.
